Dukan Diet - Day 10

Day 10
Morning Weight: 144.6lbs

Well, at least I’m back at 144 area. I figured I hit that plateau a while ago so I bought a bunch of veggies last night with Ben. Will integrate it into the diet tonight and switch off PP and PV. I didn’t bring any veggies to lunch but I’m going to stop by Meijer’s to see if they have some small snacks. Can’t have too many carrots but hopefully there’ll be some broccoli or celeri.

This morning I made a poached egg with some smoked salmon. Poaching technique failed big time so it was weird. Didn’t last to lunch so I ate my string cheese early today. Meatballs for lunch were yummy. I bought a small organic veggie platter from Meijer for $4. I felt like that was pretty cheap considering the big ones (which I feel like are only twice as much veggies) are usually $12-15. Carrots and even cherry tomatoes taste so delicious to me.



I made some drumsticks with just some salt, pepper and herbs. For Ben, I coated them in shake and bake so he didn't have to suffer with me.


Breakfast: poached egg and smoked salmon
Lunch: meatballs
snack: veggies with yogurt dip
Dinner: baked chicken legs
