Dukan Diet - Day 11
Morning Weight: 144.2lbs
I'm liking where this is going. I've been at mid 144 for the last week so hopefully this is a sign that we're going to be lowering soon. Unfortunately, today is my company blood drive and it'll mess up my weight loss documentation. It also means I'll have to cheat a little since they'll probably make me eat something and drink juice.
For breakfast, I made some scrambled eggs with some salt and pepper. For lunch I have leftover chicken meat from last night's dinner. I scraped it all off the bone so that it was easy for me to eat.
I donated blood around 2pm and felt ok. They did give me a juice but I was able to refuse the snacks. Nice! (Although there was a lot of sugars and carbs in this little can of apple juice...) It was pretty hard going up and down the stairs. My head would get really lightheaded and my heart would start pounding when I get to the top. A bit scary to be feeling like that but luckily it'll be temporary.
Ben and I went to workout but I knew I couldn't do much. "No strenuous arm activities today" the nurse told me so I went to work my inner thighs. Then I went on the bike for about 20 mintues.
For dinner, I had some more plain chicken legs sans the skin.
Breakfast: scrambled eggs
Lunch: chicken meat
Snack: string cheese
Dinner: chicken meat
