Dukan Diet - Day 12
Morning Weight: 143.5lbs
I was happy until I realized that I probably lost some weight from the blood donation. /sigh. I won't get too excited now. We'll see if we lose anything tomorrow.
Last night I made a spinach/mushroom omelette with a bit of non-fat cheese and just microwaved it here at the office. My coworkers were jealous!
For lunch, I made a plain chicken breast with mushrooms in a mustard sauce (basically a tbsp of dijon mustard and a splash of milk). I probably should have tried to add something else but I really didn't know what to do. I'm not a huge fan of mustard but i hope it's tasty. Or at least gets me through the day.
For my snack, I packed some baby carrots and grape tomatoes.
For dinner, I was lazy and just pan seared some beef/turkey mixture. It was incredibly dry because I didn't bake it. I cooked an egg overeasy and put it on top for a "Loco Moco" dish without gravy but it didn't help because the meat was so overcooked and under seasoned.
