Dukan Diet - Day 15
Morning Weight: 144.2lbs
Not surprising... gained weight. The dim sum was too much but it was oh so worth it.
This morning I ate a plain fat-free cheddar cheese omelette.
Had my string cheese right before lunch because I just couldn't wait.
For lunch it was MORE overcooked meat (thankfully the last of it). For my snack it's greek yogurt with oat bran.
For dinner it's chicken thigh in herb and lemon again.
I had a headache all day and I can't tell if it's because of too much salt yesterday from dim sum or it's because of that time of the month.
