Dukan Diet - Day 2

Day 2
Morning Weight: 148.4 lbs
Unfortunately I had no idea I would be starting this regimen so I didn’t weigh myself in the morning yesterday (I guessed 149 since I've been around there for a while).  Today I am 148.4 which is what I expected. For breakfast, I had another non-fat plain Greek yogurt with the Oat Bran. It was a little easier to eat this time. For lunch I had some leftover steak and bought a snack sized turkey deli meat. This may not have been the best snack since I couldn’t tell how much sugar was used to cook the meat.  I went home and oven baked some young chicken thigh. (They say the younger the meat the better). This time I remembered I was allowed to season it so I threw some salt, pepper, italian seasoning and lemon juice. It turned out well. Since Ben is not doing this diet, I drowned his in teriyaki marinade and threw it on a hamburger bun. Drinking the recommended water was a bit more difficult this time. This is the second night I’ve woken up during my sleep to go pee.

Foods:
breakfast: non-fat plain Greek yogurt with oat bran
lunch: leftover steak
snack: snack sized deli meat (not sure if this is allowed)
dinner: oven baked young chicken thighs with salt, pepper, italian herbs and lemon juice
