Dukan Diet - Day 3

Day 3
Morning Weight: 146.5 lbs
I weighed myself this morning and it went down to 146.5! I was so excited that I called Ben to tell him. This is the motivation that I need to keep going! I packed half a leftover steak and a chicken thigh from last night and went to work. Drinking water seems tedious to me now. I feel full but not really, if that makes any sense. I want food but not water! lol. This morning we had free breakfast from my company so I grabbed some eggs (you’re allowed 2/day or unlimited egg whites). I mixed it with some surimi. I probably shouldn’t have grabbed so much because it probably contains a lot of butter. So much that I can even taste it. =[  For lunch I ate my leftovers and had my yogurt/oat bran snack in the late afternoon. It’s getting harder to eat this stuff. Eh. I have been feeling a bit sluggish with a slight headache/dizziness but otherwise okay. I took an Emergen-C to give myself some vitamins. I don’t know if they’ll stay since I have to go to the washroom like every hour but hopefully my body will absorb some of it.

I made a Dukan friendly meatloaf but I improvised. Probably not a good idea. I didn’t want to buy another ketchup bottle so I used mine even though it has sugars. Then I used my milk even though its 2%. It was delicious but I don’t think it’ll be good for me.

Foods:
breakfast: eggs with surimi
lunch: leftover steak and chicken thigh
snack: plain non-fat Greek yogurt with oat bran
dinner: meatloaf
