Dukan Diet - Day 5
Day 5 -
Morning Weight: 146.2 lbs
So... not much weight lost again today although something is better than nothing. Perhaps its still the meatloaf. I’m having the last slice for lunch today so hopefully if I get something “better” tonight, I’ll make the 145 goal. Last night I had incredibly horrible restless legs again. I don’t know if it has anything to do with the diet but it did start this week... /sigh. It’s probably all mental but I don’t know what to do about it.
I ate a plain non-fat Greek yogurt with 2 packets of Splenda to sweeten it a bit. At the end, I was just swallowing it because my gag reflexes were acting up. I’ve probably hit my yogurt limit for a while but it’s just so convenient...
I went to Costco to get some meat for a BBQ I'm having at the beach (planned this before I planned a diet!!) and some salmon for myself. I baked it with some lemon juice but overdid it a bit. It was really bland and a bit overcooked. It's so hard trying to cook without oils or butters to juice things up!
Foods:
breakfast: non-fat Greek yogurt with 2 packets of Splenda
lunch: meatloaf and 1 string cheese
snack: surimi with a tablespoon of non-fat cream cheese and a tsp of soy sauce
dinner: baked salmon with lemon
