Dukan Diet - Day 6

Day 6 -
Morning Weight: 144.8 lbs


I made my goal!!! Not only did I reach 145, I surpassed it!!! Ben was so proud of me! We went to my company picnic at the Arlington Racetrack. My only choice was the fried chicken (I picked off all the skin and Ben ate it) =[   kinda gross. It was horribly dry. 



Last night was Ben's mom's birthday so we agreed to go out to eat. We went to pick her up and took her to Slurping Turtle for her birthday. They both had delicious looking ramen and I had a small grilled squid and 9 small pieces of sashimi. I didn’t feel like it was right to eat the squid myself since it was the first thing to come so I offered some to his mom and she took a good chunk. It was pretty awkward trying to eat the sashimi at the rate of their ramen. The waitress even asked me if I had enough food... sigh.  I scarved some cooked salmon when I got home.


Lunch: skinless chicken
Dinner: grilled squid and sashimi
Late night snack: baked salmon
