Dukan Diet - Day 8
Day 8
Morning Weight: 144.8lbs
Didn’t lose any weight (not surprisingly) but I’m glad I didn’t go back over 145. My body is aching all over and I can’t tell if it’s from loading/unloading or lack of water.
This morning I ate the rest of the salmon I baked. For lunch I have some slider patties from yesterday. One has cheese so I’ll just leave it on. =P I also have a tiny bit of smoked salmon with a tiny scoop of non-fat cream cheese for my snack later. I went to jewel to try to get some hardboiled eggs from the salad bar but there was NO salad bar at this jewel! Stupid location. I got some deli meat snacks again and some more yogurt.
For dinner, I made “swedish” meatballs with meat, egg, onion, garlic, salt, pepper and some milk. It came out well. I tried to make a “gravy” with beef stock and non-fat yogurt but it curdled. /sigh. Kinda gross. The meatballs were yummy though. I'll be making those more often.
