Day 11

Morning Weight: 142.0lbs

So happy to have made the jump to 142 but I wonder if it’s because I had no food to eat yesterday. That would really suck. For breakfast, I had some beef/onion that I made for ben’s beef bowl. For lunch is more meatloaf and cauliflower.  The AC wasn’t working at work so I will definitely be getting my water intake requirement today. For dinner... more meatloaf. ugh. I'm so sick of it now.
