Day 13

Morning Weight: 141.1 lbs

Must have been the crappy poo I had yesterday but I jumped another pound. Whatever keeps me losing weight! For breakfast we had our “free breakfast of the month”. It was quiche. I took a slice of the veggie (spinach, onions and green pepper) and half a slice of the California quiche (avocado, bacon, spinach). This isn’t good but it looks too yummy to pass up. Even the green pepper tastes ok to me!

For lunch I made seared tofu and flounder drizzled with lemon, garlic powder, white pepper and a little bit garlic salt. It sounds nice but it's really just seared with spices thrown on top. It was ok but I overcooked the fish. It was just a frozen $1 fish filet I got at jewel.



For dinner, I cooked some chicken thigh marinated in lemon, oregano, salt & EVOO. Then I made the Dukan "wrap" and spread some yogurt on it. I made myself a chicken thigh wrap and it was quite delicious.


This is my favorite chicken so far. You just marinade it for about 30 minutes before cooking.


Marinade:
2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp fresh oregano (i use dried spice and it's still delicious)
2 garlic cloves
1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1.5 tsp coarse kosher salt
1 tsp finely grated lemon zest
black pepper to taste.
