Day 16

Morning Weight: 139.8 lbs

Since I never recorded my initial weight... I might have already hit my 10-lbs milestone but I'll wait before I celebrate.



Lunch I had a spinach/mushroom omelette. I really need to find more breakfast ideas as well...


For dinner I tried to make a PV burger. Beef patty on a portabello mushroom "bun". It was really messy but not bad.
