Day 17

Morning Weight: 139.6 lbs

Went to World Market yesterday and there was some delicious pre-cooked shrimp. I got about a quarter pound of that (expensive!) and threw some in some scrambled eggs this morning.



Then I ate the rest for lunch with some roast beef/turkey breast deli meat.


For a snack, I made this Fiadone recipe I found online. I'm not a huge fan although I used a cheese called Farmers Cheese which said it was close to Quark (what the original recipe calls for). I used about 2.5 Tbsp Splenda and maybe 2 tsp lemon zest. I might bump it to 3.5 Tbsp Splenda and pure cream cheese next time... http://mydukandiet.com/recipes/fiadone.html  Of course I only have one slice of it. Can't have too much at a time because I would overdose on the egg and oat bran.


For dinner, we're going to Korean BBQ! We had some kalbi, chadolbaegi and pork belly. I could barely eat the chadolbaegi because it was half fat but the pork belly was way too much for me so I only ate one piece. I also had some seafood pajeon and Oberweiss kid scoop mint chip ice cream. It was soooo worth it.
