Morning Weight: 140.0 lbs
As expected, I gained weight. But not as bad as it could have been so I'll deal with it.
For breakfast, I just scrambled an egg & egg whites with a little bit of soy sauce. Just a tad will bring a lot of flavor to it!
For lunch, I brought some lettuce and deli roast beef, oven roasted turkey and fat free american cheese slices. Then I just made my own little "un-wiches" (the breadless jimmy john sandwiches). I had to make a couple because I bought hearts of romaine. It would have been easier to wrap if it was a bigger lettuce sheet.

For a snack, I'm eating another slice of that Fiadone thing.
After working out, we stopped by Marianno's and I grabbed a roasted chicken. We also grabbed some tomatoes and creamed spinach and I tried to make Joe's grilled tomatoes. (sliced tomato, creamed spinach and american cheese). I used my fat-free sharp cheddar sandwich cheese and that melted into a really thin liquid and got everywhere. Luckily I used foil!
