Morning Weight: 145.7lbs

Yay, progress already. Looks like I had enough water yesterday. Meatloaf for lunch today. Still yummy. Starting using my big water bottle at home to help regulate my intake. To the line, it’s about 22oz so I should be good if I have at least 2 bottles from that. This really helps me control my water intake without all the guesswork.

For dinner, I baked some boneless, skinless chicken thighs from Costco. It was bland and blah but whatever.

For a snack, I had some plain yogurt mixed with sugar, a little milk and some lilikoi juice for flavor. It wasn't that great =[
