Morning Weight: 140.2 lbs

breakfast: scrambled eggs with imitation lobster

lunch: my own roasted beef, turkey breast & cheddar "unwich". Cheaper to just buy my own deli meat and better since there are many fattier versions of deli meat if you're not careful.
dinner: skirt steak marinaded in vinegar, water, salt, veggie oil, garlic salt, pepper. It was a bit disgusting until I realized I didn't dry off the marinade. It was better after that.
