Day 25

Morning Weight: 138.9 lbs

Breakfast: The sink has decided not to drain again so I couldn't wash my pans from last night which means no pan for eggs. So I brought imitation lobster (tastes just like imitation crab) and just ate it straight up. Nothing great but it'll get me through the morning at least.


Lunch: More pork tenderloin. I'll be eating this for a while since I have to cook another 2 logs soon. =[

Dinner: We have the leftover meatballs from yesterday. I ran out of pasta sauce though so I tried to make a gravy out of beef stock, spices and yogurt. (heated up the beef stock and let it cool a little before mixing some yogurt in. That way it won't curdle.) It tasted ok but it was too thin. I tried to thicken it with some corn starch but it didn't work. I ended up throwing some fat-free turkey gravy in which made it a little thicker but not much. /sigh.


Snacks: For my snacks, I ate more mini cheesecake and jello. I think I've spoiled myself with these... =[
