Day 3

Morning Weight: 144.6lbs

Impressive that I dropped down to this already. Perhaps my body is used to this now? Hopefully I don’t hit the wall too fast.

For breakfast I had 2 eggs plus egg whites, scrambled.
For lunch, more meat loaf!
For snack, some yogurt.
For dinner, I marinated some flank/skirt steak (don’t remember what it was) in some balsamic vinegar to try to break it down. I don’t know why I chose balsamic... I really hate it. The steak was softened just by a little and it tasted like balsamic. bleh. Luckily I cooked it well so it wasn’t too tough. /sigh. This diet is too expensive.
