Morning Weight: 143.7lbs
Some scrambled eggs for breakfast again. Glad that the balsamic wasn’t too bad for me since it’s pre-made and I don’t really know what ingredients are in it. For lunch, I barely ate the leftover steak. It was so tough and full of tendons that my plastic knife couldn’t cut well. It also made a zipper-y sound when I was trying to “saw” it. I forgot to eat my snack.
We worked out and I was starving when we got back. We didn’t end up eating until 10pm. I ate more leftover steak.
