Morning Weight: 139.1 lbs
Whew. Not too much of a gain from that Chick Fil-A!
Breakfast: Scrambled Eggs with Shrimp
Lunch: Meatballs in gravy
Dinner: Salad Bar at Mariano's. Went a little crazy here since 1.) I just came from working out and 2.) there was so much fresh ingredients. I threw in spring mix lettuce, spinach, eggs, chicken, ham, imitation crab, tomatoes, cucumber, beets... /sigh. It was over a pound of food.
