Morning Weight: 140.4 lbs

Well. Not surprising. I've been so bad this week...


Breakfast: Eggs with smoked salmon. Not good for you but I have to finish the smoked salmon off!

Lunch: Had some leftover deli meats so I ate that with fat-free cheddar slices. No lettuce this time.
Dinner: I baked the rest of the pork tenderloin from Costco.
