Day 32



Morning Weight: 139.6 lbs


No change?! Oh right... I've been cheating sorta...


Breakfast: Just plain ol' scrambled eggs this morning. Ran out of ham (more like it smelled funky) so I need to get some more.

Lunch: The last of the pork tenderloin. I really didn't mind this but Ben didn't seem to like it so I guess I won't get it again. Perhaps I can get a plain one and marinate it myself next time. I hope I can get it as juicy and tender as this one!

Dinner: Made some miso salmon after working out. Splenda has a brown sugar version so I hope that's ok to use!
