Day 35 - Dukan Diet
Morning Weight: 139.6 lbs
I wasn't going to do breakfast again since I was running out of egg whites but I decided to grab the remaining smoked salmon (that was bought sooooo long ago from Costco) and just eat that plain.
My former boss Tom came back from Alaska so he had some buffalo salami. I tried two pieces with this delicious cracker. I need to figure out where he bought it (his wife bought it a while ago so he doesn't know). haha.
For lunch, I grabbed that Long John Silver. Grilled salmon entree (comes with rice and green beans). I nixed the rice and she asked what I wanted instead so I said more green beans. I think I liked the tilapia more. I like this option because I feel like it's more filling that an unwich from Jimmy Johns. Plus I signed up for AAdvantage Dining so I'm getting AA miles for eating at this Long John Silvers! SCORE!
Dinner: I pounded some chicken and made some "spicy" katsu. Basically I googled spicy popeye recipe and tried to bread it in that before the panko flakes. It was good but not spicy. I didn't have cayenne pepper though so I had to use chili powder. Maybe it'll be better when I actually get some cayenne. I tried a couple without the panko flakes and actually like that more. I had to get the "cheap" (not really cheap in price) version of panko flakes from Jewel so I wasn't a fan of it. It was chunky and didn't coat well. It also browned too fast.
