Day 36
Morning Weight: 138.7 lbs
It's nice to know that sometimes eating other things isn't going to balloon my weight up. Hopefully I can keep losing weight and stop cheating so that I can get to my next milestone of 135! Ben said that for my next milestone, my reward can be that we only work out 2 days a week instead of 3! Super motivating!
I needed to sleep because this past week has been really bad. I kept waking up at 5:30am for no reason, kept waking up every 5 minutes before I really needed to wake...etc so I've been super tired this week. I finally got to sleep in today so I'm really happy.
My friend is having a BBQ later today so I didn't end up eating lunch. We're working out around 2:30 so I didn't want to eat right before working out and we'll probably head to the BBQ afterwards.
I was going to bring my own chicken to my friend's BBQ but I found out he wasn't grilling so I couldn't do that. He asked for some dessert instead so I got some Beard Papa cream puffs. I ate a cookie crust strawberry cream. =[ I also ate half a pulled pork sandwich, a little bit of coleslaw, bit of macaroni salad, and a dessert that someone made called blueberry yum yum. It was really yum yum but my stomach and my head hurt real bad later. probably from all the sugar.
