Morning Weight: 137.8 lbs

I keep bobbling... /sigh


Breakfast: Another scrambled eggs with garlic salt and pepper

Snack: My coworker came back from her camping trip so she had some leftover muffins. I couldn't resist the blueberry lemon. It was delicious!

Lunch: Leftover meats. Chicken, beef and pork. This is not going to help my weight!

Dinner: We went to McDonalds after working out. I tried to get the spicy mcBites again but they don't sell them anymore. =( So I got the 5-piece chicken selects... Should have gotten 3 but I got greedy...
