Morning Weight: 137.8 lbs
Breakfast: Scrambled eggs with garlic salt/pepper
Lunch: Cheated with a veggie egg skillet on top of potatoes and cheese. Yes. I used stress as an excuse... and yes... I felt extremely guilty and my stomach hurt a little afterwards... and no... it wasn't worth it.
Dinner: I enjoyed this. I got a recipe from Dukanitout.com. My favorite new dukan recipe website. It has a lot of recipes, pictures and has American units. This was a pretty fast recipe.
Ingredients:
8 skinless, boneless chicken thighs
3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
3 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce
2 Tbsp Splenda BROWN sugar or 1 packet Splenda
2 tsp chili paste
Brown the chicken (about 5 minutes each side) while cooking the "sauce". When it thickens, mix it with the chicken and cook for another 5-10 minutes. That's it! I didn't thicken it that much so my picture is not as pretty as hers but it was pretty yummy.

Asian Sticky Chicken
Ingredients:
