Domain Purchasing

I felt like this is obvious but I guess not for newbies.

If you have a domain name that you love and it's available... BUY IT IMMEDIATELY OR IT WILL BE GONE THE NEXT DAY. I've been scorned a couple of times finding that out the hard way. Seriously, it's like $10 for an entire year for you to contemplate if you really love the domain name or not. If you hold off on the decision, trust me... it will be gone the next day and will not go back on the market because whoever purchased it is waiting for you to buy it from them... for a huge markup.

How they know... I'm not sure. Probably the actual domain selling websites are buying them up after you searched for them and selling it back at a premium. Those jerks.

BUT you are competing with people who want to go on the same day as you, so you need to be QUICK! TIP #1. Scope it out first!  The JR Pass is an option for non-residents of Japan to purchase. Instructions: Purchase the JR Pass before you travel to Japan (It doesn't seem like there's an "official" website as many vendors do sell it. Just do your research to make sure it's legit. Personally, I have used japan-rail-pass.com before. I think the top choices in your Google search is probably safe.) Receive the Exchange Order Fly to Japan  Exchange the Exchange Order at a participating JR Pass ticket office Enjoy the JR lines!
